Dez Capital is a Canadian non-bank mortgage lender specializing in residential, construction, development, and commercial loans in the Golden Horseshoe Area. LOAN PROGRAMS

All our real estate mortgage loans are mediated by accredited mortgage brokers* whose prime responsibility is to secure the most suitable financing option within a reasonable turnaround time. We work with the brokers to create a financing plan that satisfies development objectives and time constraints. Brokerage services are provided at no additional cost.
